Staff was incredible. From checking in to checkout including holding luggage for late departure. Friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Going above & beyond!
weekend trip to NYC Great location and very friendly staff. Room was very clean and low noise both nights.
The staff at the hotel were wonderful! Provided a great “home” base on an out of town trip, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The restaurant had a fabulous menu with waiters to match. Great location too!
The staff were very nice, prompt and responsive. There were just a couple of drawbacks that had to do with the room layout: no full-length closet (fine for shirts, but not dresses), no refrigerator, only one bedside table. But the location was great, as was the service. We were quite happy staying here.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This hotel is on the absolute best location in Grencich Village. Place is nice, clean and great staff. Don't stay anywhere else
Everything was great but disappointing that the rooftop was closed. Did not expect that. Perhaps I missed the fine print.
