We spent 2 nights here on a quick weekend stopover before flying to Tel Aviv. The Union Square location is stellar for shopping and restaurants, you’re midway between all the important stops uptown and downtown. The staff were super pleasant and helpful. The mattress was awesome! The gym facility is great and so is the cocktail bar attached. Definitely would stay here again.
The staff was exceptional. I booked a night last minute after spending a long day in the city. Everyone was pleasant, and everything was seamless. Thank you for making our impromptu stay very memorable.
Personal weekend I was pleasantly surprised at the updated room. It was compact but everything was perfectly done for one person. A chair in the room for lounging would’ve made it perfect.
Nice , bright renovated room on 10th floor
The staff at the front desk was very professional and very helpful. Our flights arrived at 6 am and our check in was at 3 pm but they helped us and arranged an early check in at 11:30 am . The Hyatt Union Square is very well located with many great restaurants near by and the transportation is very easy and very safe area to walk. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and we will recommend the Hyatt on Union Square to all our friends.

Excellent hotel overall. Rooms like new and modern. Best TV cable package I've ever seen and I've travelled a lot. One star deduction for unfriendly/passive aggressive lady at front desk.
