Odd bathroom door with hard to control water temp Not bad for the location, the hotel was really clean. My only observations were: 1. The bathroom door is absolutely awful. It was a sliding glass door and doesnt fully close. They'd do better just to put a regular door in its place. 2. The shower had bad temp control. The water was either arctic cold or nuclear hot. Overall, not a bad place.
Really a great location for getting around this part of NYC and subway hub basically a block away to get to other parts of the city.
Duplicate Bill Hotel was fine, nice location, good staff. I prepaid through hotels.com. After my trip, I noticed that Hyatt billed me as well. One was destination fee, which was expected. Other charge was for full amount. Hassle to have to get corrected. Check your credit card statements carefully!!
Hyatt - Union Square My wife and I stayed Saturday night. The hotel was busy but our room was still ready on time. The front desk staff was great, King room was very comfortable/roomy and location is perfect.
