Relaxing couple’s weekend at the Hyatt Excellent location, room was comfortable and modern for NYC standards and the really nice rain shower head was a surprising bonus. All around great stay with friendly staff.

FANTASTIC location and a truly clean and exceptional hotel. Staff was super attentive and helpful, allowing me to check out two hours late. I don’t love the pungent cologne/fragrance that wafts through the entire lobby but I will definitely return.
Nice hotel but lacking service Ok this IS a nice hotel among the many hotels i've stayed at, this one did look the part of being a hotel worth atleast $300 a night. The only problem was that the amenties are really damn lacking and thats why i gotta dock mad points. If i pay more than $300 for hotel im expecting the front desk to actually respond to my request for ice. There was no damn ice machine in the entire hotel, no fridges in the room either.
