Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Awesome location! Close to multiple restaurants, shopping and Union Square. The staff is very polite and courteous. Will definitely be back!
Average stay. The stay was average. The staff at the front desk were nice but didn’t ever seem to go above and beyond for much. We seemed to be more of a bother. We were given a text number for questions or help, which sounded great. But when we used the number, we never got a response. And had to go to the front desk anyway.
The service staff in the lobby was among the best I've ever experienced. They were bright, cheerful, helpful, attentive, vastly patient (I observed them deal with a most difficult guest) - just wonderfully welcoming. Everything about the property was just perfect for a NYC weekend!
