Unsatisfied Stay and Comfortability of Hotel To be honest, not what I was expecting from Hyatt and the price we paid. Hotel wasn't comparable to our stay at the Hyatt located at LAX airport. While our stay at Hyatt Union Square, we noticed an empty bottle of Jack Daniel behind one of the decor walls. Both my boyfriend and I don't drink Jack Daniels so I'm sure it's the people who stayed in this room prior left it and the housekeeping did a bad job in checking all sides/corners.
