Fantastic Find Wow. What a find! Very centrally located near NYU and Union Square, this incredibly well designed hotel has everything you need and is eye candy. Great service. Superb pricing. And from this former New Yorker one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at in NYC lately.
This is a hip and fun hotel in the heart of Union Square. The rooms are small but comfortable, and it felt very clean. Our room facing the courtyard did not get very much natural light, but for the time we were there, it didn’t bother us. Overall, a great hotel in an awesome location.

Nice but not as nice as i expected
I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Union Square New York. It was in a great location, a block away from the subway and surrounded by good restaurants, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and a Walgreen's. My only issue, was that there were no ice machines which I thought was odd, so I had to have Service bring up a bucket of ice one night. The second night I ordered ice, I was told they were out of buckets. That said, the room was great and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
