The hotel is amazing. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely book there again when I visit New York. I enjoyed my brief stay very much.

Disappointing stay Broken shower hardware, malfunctioning frig., sound of flushing toilets from other rooms, no housekeeping service one day, error in billing, an unusually bad experience compared with past stays.
Dissatisfying stay The accessible bathroom had a broken shower seat with one of the supports removed and the other sticking out about 15” making for a hazardous shower experience. Two visits by staff attached it to the wall with Velcro tape. Had to ask for a frig. and a clock for the room. Frig. Froze water bottles rock solid on lowest frig. setting.
