I had another great experience with Hyde Park purchasing another timepiece. It was again a pleasure to work with sales rep John Burba; his technical knowledge and expertise in the watch industry is exceptional which makes buying a new watch very enjoyable. John was incredible to work with. We picked our the watch for my husbands wedding gift with John. He knew so much history about all of the Panerai watches we looked at and gave us honest answers and opinions about all of our questions. He handed us off to Tony to pickup the watch since he would be out of town and Tony was very helpful and a great conversation! Excellent people and customer service. I highly recommend working with either of them.

I had never personally purchased a luxury watch before, so I came in with zero expectations and a limited understanding of what I wanted. I knew what color I wanted the band and dial to be, and that's about it. Tony was there to help me immediately, answering all of my questions and giving a few suggestions that matched the wider parameters of my search. I walked in just to touch and feel a watch that I had seen in an advertisement for Cartier. Although the watch was not exactly what I expected to see, Tony asked a couple questions, offered a couple of different solutions and ultimately found a way to help me decide to add the timepiece to my collection! Chaz Gonzales was amazing! Service, communication, follow up were all thorough, detailed, incredibly kind and extra mile. This was especially noteworthy as due to bureaucratic limitations Rolex was unwilling to service my antique watch.
