In 1973, Hyde Park’s CEO & founder Michael Pollak began his venture into the jewelry business by selling turquoise and American Indian pieces. His first “store” was the lawn of the University of Denver, where he attended school and completed his degree in retail merchandising. While in school, Michael had met Steve Rosdal who had recently moved to Colorado, and soon became Michael’s sole supplier. John was incredible to work with. We picked our the watch for my husbands wedding gift with John. He knew so much history about all of the Panerai watches we looked at and gave us honest answers and opinions about all of our questions. He handed us off to Tony to pickup the watch since he would be out of town and Tony was very helpful and a great conversation! Excellent people and customer service. I highly recommend working with either of them.

I had never personally purchased a luxury watch before, so I came in with zero expectations and a limited understanding of what I wanted. I knew what color I wanted the band and dial to be, and that's about it. Tony was there to help me immediately, answering all of my questions and giving a few suggestions that matched the wider parameters of my search. Within 20 minutes, I was out of there with a smile on my face and a slightly heavier (and more stylish) left wrist. Thank you so much, Tony!! You're the best!!

I walked in just to touch and feel a watch that I had seen in an advertisement for Cartier. Although the watch was not exactly what I expected to see, Tony asked a couple questions, offered a couple of different solutions and ultimately found a way to help me decide to add the timepiece to my collection! He listened and did not pressure, but interacted with me superbly. Such a helpful and knowledgeable man - making for a top-notched experience in your store. Thanks, Tony!!

Chaz Gonzales was amazing! Service, communication, follow up were all thorough, detailed, incredibly kind and extra mile. This was especially noteworthy as due to bureaucratic limitations Rolex was unwilling to service my antique watch. This meant that by no fault of his own or of Hyde Park's, I was unable to receive the service requested.
