His first “store” was the lawn of the University of Denver, where he attended school and completed his degree in retail merchandising. I've had two exceptional watch buying experiences at Hyde Park working with Matthew Chmara. The entire staff and Matthew, in particular, are both knowledgable and patient. He was willing to go above and beyond to answer questions and, within a matter of minutes, picked up on my style preferences and showed me additional pieces that he thought I might like. Working with Matthew feels like a consultation and conversation, not a sale. Outstanding service and experience from start to finish.

Every person I interacted with at my visit to Hyde Park was simply incredible. I am a bit biased toward Amanda Neel however. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and just as enthusiastic about the time pieces that I was drooling over. I eventually settled on a Black Bay 58 right before they closed. This was my first purchase from Hyde Park, and it will not be my last. They are my AD for life. Thanks again Amanda and team for providing the customer service that all jewelers should strive for.

I wrote a review when I bought my first OMEGA in May. In October I got the Seamaster Professional 300 with a stunning white dial. Once again, Sharla Jackson was incredibly helpful and patient. And then in November I was lucky to be in a position where I could buy a Rolex. I stopped by to say hi to Carlos Ibañez and he had just received some display only models. Let me start by saying that I’m not someone who leaves reviews. However, the customer service I received at Hyde Park at Cherry Creek, made me make and exception. Carlos I, the sales Representative, made my dream of owning a Rolex come true. I had an amazing experience, specially, nowadays, when it is hard to acquire one. It felt fantastic to get my hand on my first Rolex Submariner Blue Face steel/gold. This is a great piece to start my collection. Matthew has helped me and my (now) wife and made the experience seamless, and the reason I will return to Hyde Park. From the engagement ring (a custom job that turned out gorgeous) to our wedding bands, he was excellent. Did great with all questions, and even got me a replacement band when we discovered the original was over a size too big. Great place to shop.
