In 1973, Hyde Park’s CEO & founder Michael Pollak began his venture into the jewelry business by selling turquoise and American Indian pieces. His first “store” was the lawn of the University of Denver, where he attended school and completed his degree in retail merchandising. While in school, Michael had met Steve Rosdal who had recently moved to Colorado, and soon became Michael’s sole supplier. I can not recommend Hyde Park Cherry Creek enough. From the very first time I stepped foot into this watch-lovers wonderland, the staff (props to Matthew Chmara) were more than willing to bounce with me from JLC to Cartier to IWC to Tudor as I tried on and contemplated the many fine timepieces they have on hand. Excellent service from my sales associate Hain. Hain was extremely knowledge and so gracious during each and every one of my interactions with Hyde Park. She was so patient as I bugged her with a lot of watch questions and i appreciate that! Even more, when I finally did buy a watch she made sure to follow up and ensure everything was in order and whether i needed any additional assistance. I will definitely be doing additional business with Hyde Park in the future.

Helpful customer service. Matthew Chmara was professional and courteous. Hyde Parks policy of stamping a large red non-refundable, no exchanges or credits on the receipt as they were sizing my watch was a definite negative. Left me feeling apprehensive about my purchase of a brand new $8k+ Cartier watch and wondering if there was something wrong with the product. Hyde Park should stand behind their products and customers should be assured that their happiness and satisfaction is paramount.

Our policy is that if a watch is worn, we cannot accept it back as a return, as it is now a used watch.
