Our pets , three dogs and a cat ,were Dr Harpers patients for a long time , then we had to relocate, and then the pandemic..., it's been few years we haven't seen her nor the wonderful team , when we were traveling from east coast to west coast and when my puppies needed a vet , I will say no one was as knowledgeable,and as helpful as dr Harper, our little baby , chorkie has bad allergie and no vet could heal her , our only worry always was ,seems ,we never seen an older dogs when visiting her,and since our pups got older ,... read more
I just want to say a huge thank you to @hydeparkvetclinic After 3 years and 3 different veterinary offices thinking Jager has horrible allergies, and spending hundreds on medicine monthly. Hyde park was eager to find out the true issue of Jager being in pain. After 2 visits they found that Jager had a long overdue ear infection deep in his ear canals, causing them to almost be swollen shut. On top of this Jager doesn't even have allergies. Let's just say my dog PULLS me into the building. We've been going here since our golden was a puppy and we're so happy to have a vet we trust entirely. As an over protective dog mom, Hyde park veterinary clinic puts my stress to ease and always takes great care of our guy.
We just lost a kitty (my Puf), and everyone who loves their pets knows how much that hurts. I can't even start to express my sorrow. You guys were tremendous and the support we received was not just needed but celebrated. We got your card with our kitty paw print. It made me cry but it also made me realize how much you cared. Our princess had been struggling for 24 hours with a stomach bug. We recently relocated back to Tampa, and this is 2 blocks from home so have them a call. We were so welcomed, and treated like we had been clients for years. 6 hours later we were met at the front door, and they took her inside. Got update phone calls while our family went and grabbed coffee, and an hour later, picked her up with all we needed, and have gotten 2 follow ups since then. Well done HPVC! I wish I could give Hyde Park vet 10 stars. I had to put my sweet French bulldog down yesterday and they made everything so much easier for me. Their staff, vets and office were so incredible that I can't thank them enough. They truly are the best people I've met and helped me through the worst days of my life. Kudos to Dr. Jenson and the staff of Hyde Park Veterinary. During a rain squall, they looked for and found a missing dog that Dr. Jenson noticed running around in the neighborhood. Great job!
Life in the time of COVID is often harder than it needs to be, but the folk at Hyde Park Vet are doing their best to make you forget that! Today was our first visit at this vet and the experience was AMAZING! Everyone we encountered on the phone and in person was so nice and welcoming. Our dog loved it there! We felt safe with the social distancing procedures, and they have the process well-defined! (Pricing was reasonable as well.) Super thankful for Dr. Jensen and the entire staff for working with me to get a last minute visit for a TNVR cat I care for. I noticed swelling on his jaw and the office was flexible with me while I got his vaccination records. He was seen quickly and given a long lasting antibiotic which is perfect as I have to go out of town tomorrow. They came through and saved the day for me and for Baby the cat! Thank you!
