Worst experience ever. Sales man Randy “helped me “ get my grandma into a car he never mentioned what features the vehicles has she liked the Kona but this kid pushed her into a venue. Never sat with us always doing something else very very vague. We went back the next day with another sales man and he was very very helpful. Randy saw I didn’t go back to him and told everyone in the dealership like he was in high school that we didn’t go with him. set up appointment today to have my cars ac looked at, had a 11:30 appointment. I receive a call at 4 pm that they are short staffed and was not even able to look at my car. why did I even set an appointment? boo this place.

I'm very disappointed with the services and I'm going to disseminate this information to all your pages so everybody will know how incompetent your services is, Imagine I send my Hyundai Kona Lime green color on October and for 6 months it was stucked there because of the reason that you can't find the parts,yes you gave us the rental car but it's not the way I want it. The car was just turned over yesterday April 15 , after almost 6 months , why not keep it there for years?... I keep on calling and the person responsible ... read more

I very disappointed whit service , Joshua never call to me to give me status about my car and wend I try to contact him don’t pick up the phone , and I now is Joshua only becouse the other employe said me the name , I think need to work whit more service , like send text , status about you’r car .etc….. sorry but is true

They are the worst. we got a car at the begining of november we cant get the license plates. They keep.saying. there is a problem with the title and the state of texas wont do the registration. BUT NOBOdY does anything to fix this problem DONT. BUY YOUR CAR HERE .

pinche mugrero que venden took 2018 sonata to fix the brakes 3 times and at the end they said that there is nothing wrong with it but the brakes wont work when its wet... WTF! another thing is that when its really cold the car wont start. staying with Toyota thank you my 2004 works perfectly fine and brakes wet or not! and it can be freezing cold and WILL start at the first try.
