The best car shopping experience in a very long time and this is coming from someone who walked out of a different dealership twice in a one month period.
This dealership is so great. I love the way that they are upfront and forward. There was no pressure and no hassle to buy. Our salesperson Jake was fantastic. He showed us cars that were affordable and worked within our budget. He even personally delivered my 2011 Honda Accord right to my front door steps the next day with all the registration paperwork, and a full tank of gas. I brought my vehicle in because it needed an AC compressor, and with all this hot weather I couldn't travel with no AC. Bill was quick to diagnose the problem and even though I made my appointment last minute, and there were other vehicles to attend to, he stayed late to make sure my compressor was fully installed and my AC was working. I'm so happy I beat the heat this week with my new compressor! Thank you Bill and the entire service team at Tufankjian Hyundai for a wonderful experience!
This purchase experience of buying a new 2013 Elantra was the best buying experience of a new car that I ever had. Alan Favors was an outstanding salesman, extremely helpful in every way. They all worked with me to get the price below that which I had indicated and gave me top dollar for my old 2008 Elantra. Easiest car purchase ever! Our last Hyundai purchase was not a good one, thank heavens the dealership changed hands and staff, because we would have left. Usually buying a car was an all day thing..awful. We would be shown a lot of cars that we couldn't afford and then the sales people would try to get us to put more down or up our paymens. This was not our experience at THIS dealership.
