I had the best experience with Jake & Hyundai of Plymouth!! I have never walked into a dealership and not been immediately annoyed.. and here I was not even close to be annoyed, yet very pleased. I especially loved that they were all not wearing suits!! That is a huge turn off normally. They let us walk around, and have our own thoughts and opinions, and then worked a deal nicely.. The service was amazing. I went in looking for a new vehicle as mine was totaled. I went in with a price point and type of car and jake didn't even give it a second thought he found me the perfect car. I had been to over ten dealerships and nothing else was close. The service was amazing even the people who wernt involved in the sale were friendly and very personable.
This was by far the best experience for buying a car, Jim was friendly and very helpful with all the information that was needed.Everyone at the dealership was friendly and asked if there was anything they could do for me.
