I was very satisfied with the dealership. I was not going to go there because of a past experience at that location with past owners. Michael Yuscavitch was very helpful. I stopped in to test drive a Sonata about a month before I purchased. Michael was very knowledgeable and clearly explained all the features of the car. He also was very patient while I checked out different models. After my first visit he sent me a couple of e-mails to see if there was anything more he could help me with. I ended up returning and purchasing a Sonata. The whole experience was excellent and everyone was very helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I would recommend this dealership, because they are courteous and respectful. Jim took the time to let me and my family test drive the vehicle I purchased. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I have been a long time customer of the Tufankjian Family dealership and highly recommend it to my friends. The service does not stop after the car is purchased, it goes on for as long as I own the car.
