I got there early and was able to drop off quickly. They did tell me they couldnt find the shuttle so I was a tad late to work but that was ok. The service was also done quick and I got picked up by LYFT. Quick and easy!

The only problem I had was with time issues. I asked prior to service multiple times how long it would take because I had to pick up my kids from school, they said 2 hours. I planned for 3 and after 2 1/2 hours I had to remind them again about my time crunch. I ended up being late to pick up my son while they rushed to finish my car making the situation very stressful as a mom. Its a shame when the service Dept does not seem to care enough to keep us updated so we can make other arrangements.

During my 7500 mile service on 9/30 they discovered that my front rotors were warped. As per manufacturer warranty recommendation they planned to machine them. After some research I requested to have them replaced to avoid a potential issue down the road. They went above and beyond to make sure I got new rotors.

It was a good experience, I went in, because my car came from the dealership with a film all over it. I brought her back in to be cleaned and they did a great job on the outside. I did ask them to fill the windshield water reserve, and they did not, no biggie i guess.
