I went in for factory recall work. After being told that it would take two-and-a-half hours to complete, one can imagine the pleasant surprise of being done in less than an hour.
The service experience went fine.

As always I get great service. One of the main reasons why I go there is because of Buddy. Buddy is a service advisor and I feel that he has always been very honest with me. I will continue to go there to have my car serviced.
Everything went smooth it was fast and Matthew was on top of it
Great customer service and it looks like the car is in great shape, however because the dealership was so busy, requested services for detailing were not completed. There were also internet issues at the dealership that forced me to go the Kia dealership for internet since I needed to check urgent work emails.
