Fast check in and out. Happy with my car now after axel replacement
They are ok but not always on the ball. I have dropped of my car a few times and they never follow up on time. Last time I waited a month for them to call me back and finally I had to inquire about a part they were suppose to order and fix.
I went for one recall this time and it was a good time reviewing cars for a probably shop at the end of the year.
There for a recall fix. They took care of the fix in good time. They use Lyft to take us home while the fix was made and picked us up to return to Vacaville. Staff were friendly.
As always, amazing customer service. Truly appreciate the time Vacaville Hyundai takes to explain what services my car is needed and by when I should do them.
Always good, treated very good.
Staff very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was checked in on time and given a ride by Lyft home and back so that I didn't have to sit in the service department the whole time.
