I liked the Carly the service advisor. She was very pleasant and professional BUT I did not like the guy who worked on my vehicle. Thanks a lot for the scratches he created inside my glove box when removing the old cabin filter & installing a new one in. I have scratches at the sides of the inner glove box. It took many months to find out the issue. I am not sure all of the issues were identified .
Telling me i needed a cabin air filter when it was replace 5 months ago at Vacaville Hyundai. I asked this time that they remove leaves and detritus that fell down on the cabin air fan when V Hyundai had replaced the AF in Dec 24. It seems to be padding the bill that I needed to replace a f month old AF. My wife and I really like the car; Vacaville Hyundai service - not so much. It is slow and inconsistent. This includes the last time I was in when a multi-hour job became multi-day. Not fun when i was waiting.
RECALL PART NOT IN FOR OVER 1 MONTH WE HAVE NO CAR IT IS AT HYUANDAI OF VACAVILLE! VERY VERY BAD EXPIRIENCE -ONLY HAD NEW CAR 6 DAYS - CANNOT DRIVE IT
Map and navigation system system do not work and indicate the system requires update. Tucson Hybrid is under warranty and page 9-113 of Car Infotainment System Guide states: "You can visit your local dealership to update." Hyundai of Vacaville will not perform the update under warranty.
Took hours for just an oil change, and they would not perform service under warranty for loose exterior trim, claiming my door was bent due to attempted break in and that it wasn't the trim at all despite there being no damage to my car otherwise and it the offending trim being along the hinge side of the door.
On October 30th, I called Vacaville Hyundai to I make an appointment for my brakes auto-braking on the freeway and that I wanted the earliest time possible, I was told the earliest they can see the vehicle is on December 20th. That is just shy of two months! When telling them the issue I was sure it should have been moved to the front of the line, but they didn't care. Apparently safety is not a concern for their dealership. I then waited the 52 days for my appointment in which they didn't fix.
Efficient and finished at estimated time.
Did not find the problem I reported. Computer didn't find anything
