Nothing special. The service guy didn't even look up from his computer when I came in. I stood there for a few seconds before I greeted him to which he replied, "I'm busy; I'll be with you in a minute." Vehicle was in for routine service, which was completed fine. However, a week and a half later, I'm still waiting for a part to come in on an unrelated matter.

Due to covid-19 I took advantage of their offer to p/u and deliver vehicle for svc. I had 15k service performed in about 4 hours from pick up to delivery. Great job.
