great! Took my fur baby in for a bug bite , her face had swelled quite a bit! first thing they did was offer a beverage, before I even signed in. then after all the prelim work they offered snacks and a beverage.. then the Doc came in , very polite, gave Meli a looking over , took her to another room to give her a shot, brought her back , and we were done.. paid on my way out. everyone was very nice.
We have been bringing Cesar since he was born. The staff has always been friendly and efficient, however they are quite pricey!

I had to bring my 3 week old rescue kitten in for a slight upper respiratory infection & she needed help to poop ... They took incredible care of her & today were on the road to a healthy kitten ... Who has had to really fight to still be alive ... My baby came from Pensacola, Fla. She rode over 800 miles . Now a Texas Kitty ... Still trying to name her ... Thank you for all your help .. I am A Rescue person & will continue .. And knowing y'all are ALWAYS OPEN FOR US ... ��� Y'ALL ROCK !!!

My dear Sadie had cut her leg so bad she poured blood as we walked into the hospital, the staff got her in right away and ensured me she was in good hands. I was a nervous wreck, Sadie's tech Kimberly made us feel like family and for that we are thankful, she is definitely an asset to the facility!
