Sunday before Labor Day my dachshund had a herniated disc and was paralyzed in his hind legs. Took him here and they assessed the situation. They made a call to a surgeon and within the hour we were there for back surgery. He is still recovering, but have high hopes he will be fine because his problem was handled so fast.
Peace-of-mind is worth the price. Service was excellent and quick – especially for being emergency hours.

They were SO helpful & understanding. My golden retriever tracked in blood. I apologized for the mess & asked if they had a mop so I could mop up the mess. They politely said, "No problem. We'll get it." Yes, my top priority was my dog, but I felt bad for her tracking in so much blood. (It turned out to be a completely ripped off toenail from playing fetch & bumping really hard into a wall.) As I was leaving, there was also a man there (a customer) respectfully holding a black trash bag. The employees were being very respect... read more
