Took our Guinea Pig today for a emergency visit. All the staff was very nice, I called a few times before and Madison was very patient and helpful on the phone. Dr. McCradic was knowledgeable and explained everything to us. I would recommend this place.
Took our 10 year old lab there on a referral from our family vet. Needed X-rays to help diagnose his problem. We were seen immediately. X-rays were done . Long story short outcome ended badly for us. Thought Dr. Patrick was professional and gave us all our options. Was surprised our bill was very reasonable for the urgent care visit and X-rays. Will continue to use our family vet, but definitely remember I-20 Animal Medical Center is available 24-7

I took my sweet and old (13 at the time) to I-20 because she was showing signs of pain in her back legs. To make a long story short, in a day she had gotten to the point that she could barley walk without sounds of distress. When I brought her in for what I thought was the last time, Dr. Welch suggested we try 2 days in their ICU. My husband wanted to try it and so we did. Dr Welch and her staff are amazing!!! I will never take my pets anywhere else! They are so friendly and caring! They show a level of care, expertise, and intelligence that I haven't seen from any other animal clinic.
They were great I found out what was wrong with my dog and they took good care of him but the only bad thing is that it took a long time cause alot of people came in with there pets but will go again they are clean and nice
