Ian was able to handle a difficult situation with an over zealous and intrusive sellers realtor. Ian remained professional and focused on the loan and made it happen in a very tight schedule imposed by the seller. I can not be happier with the Guaranteed Rate Team being led by Ian. I believe this is my third mortgage working with Ian and he never disappoints.
