We were planning a wedding, starting new jobs and trying to buy our first home .. Ian and his team were awesome to work with. They answered all of our questions timely and made us feel important. Ian was even willing to look over and give us advice on our credit report. We found our dream home and needed to finalize quickly, Ian worked on a Sunday night to help get everything done. We'll be sure to call him again when it's time for our next move.

Ian is very knowledgeable and knows the lending industry very well. He was able to provide me with a breakdown and a lot of details in terms of all the loan costs and options that were best suited for my needs. He's very responsive and the entire process was done electronically which saved me from me time and it made the tons of paperwork more manageable. Buying a home for the first time can be a crazy process. There was one point where I didn't quite understand the numbers. Ian was so helpful. He gently explained what everything meant and really helped us get the best deal with our Mortgage. The most important thing is that he knows what he's talking about and we were priority over everything else. It wasn't about the money, it was about his client. Highly recommend working with Ian. Everything was on time and there were absolutely NO surprises.

Ian and his staff were very helpful for me going through the mortgage application process as a first time home owner. Ian even showed up to my closing (which most mortgage lenders do not do), but is really awesome in the event that something happens. The only thing to keep in mind with Guaranteed Rate is that they will sell your loan to another bank almost immediately after closing. Despite having an excellent credit score and willing to pay a huge down payment, the banks were unwilling to lend me mortgage due to some ongoing litigation's and the property was black listed due to large # of buyers unable to pay their mortgage.
