Ian's bank provided me with a mortgage loan for the purchase of a two-flat. He matched the favorable lender fees quoted to me by a competing lender and helped me to get a closing date before the end of the year, although some involved in the transaction were pushing for a later closing date. Loan and purchase closed on time on terms I expected.
