AND THEN YOU NEEDED AN EXTENSION??????????IT'S LIKE THE FILE SAT AND IT IS NOT BUSY, GLAD WE CLOSED ON TIME. APPRAISER SAID BUYER WILL PAY FULL PRICE WHETHER IT APPRAISES OUT, FROM NOW OWN WE WILL DRAW A SEPARATE ADDENDUM SO APPRAISER DOESN'T SEE THIS................
