Communication was choppy. I was told certain steps would happen but then was not notified (example: bank appraisal was ordered and completed before I was notified it had even been ordered). Staff member Sharon Decrosta called me by the wrong name for the majority of the interchange. Her emails were often unprofessional. She asked for information she already had repeatedly. Overall, unprofessional, disconnected service.
