Very little interaction with Ian, and the team supporting our mortgage lack responsiveness. In addition to our experience with the lack of responsiveness, I received a number of requests from our closing attorney and our real estate agent requesting that I call and ask Kerrie / Shannon to please respond to their outreach. The team seemed knowledgeable, but the lack of timely response was a real issue for all involved.

Please be open and honest with your clients throughout the entire process. Finding out that my closing might not go through the morning of just wasn't acceptable in my opinion. My closing day was very stressful, especially as a first time homebuyer.

Bernadette was a great communicator & a pleasure to work with! My only concern with the company is, I felt uncomfortable when we were having trouble closing on our house due to a situation. Initially, we were going to get charged daily almost 70$ to keep a rate lock fee when the situation for not closing was COMPLETELY out of our control. I understand it is the company protocol, but as a first time home buyer this made it WAY more stressful. Note: I wish we got a better mortgage rate too!

The entire experience was a stressful horrible experience & certainly didn't need to be. They are a totally unprofessional group, they lack customer service, I had to endure attitudes, unanswered phone calls & e-mails, lost statements & in the end because of their carelessness I couldn't close on schedule because the incorrect loan amount was put on the loan documents. I would never recommend them & after my conversation with ReMax's manager I hope they never recommend them to anyone ever again
