I hated it at first, but within a couple days it got a lot better, much more control over your account. I really like it.

I love this app! It installed on my phone without a hitch and works seamlessly. I was going to make a mobile check deposit and only saw one account available to deposit to, so I went into a live chat session with support, which responded when I sent the request almost immediately, and realized that I needed to advance one more screen by touching the "Deposit" button and the rest of my accounts showed up to select from. Loving the new design. My only complaint is recent transactions won't load no matter what I do. Also had to redo member transfers. The layout is very simple and functional. Besides a few minor bugs, I like the app. It seems to run better than the older one in 95 percent of things.
App works great on Note 4, responsive and easy to navigate. Mobile deposit however is unusable. The camera refuses to focus on the back of the check, and if you hit back button on your phone to retake the picture instead of the on-screen back arrow, you have to start your deposit all over again. Fixing these two things would solve everything for me. Pretty smooth rollout overall though!
Features like a slide-out menu and quick login are very welcome modifications. I haven't noticed any loss of functionality, and it seems to take fewer touches to navigate. Given the number of negative reviews I encountered while this new version was downloading/installing, I've been very pleasantly surprised. I find it very difficult, however, to give full marks to an app with those iPhoney rounded corners on its icon—which is odd, since that isn't what shows up on Google Play.
I converted to the new app before it went live for everyone else. Helping others with the old ebranch was sooo frustrating after I adjusted to the new ebranch. I would never go back. This was a step into the future for ICCU. There was plenty of notice advertised and the customer service reps stayed open til like 9 or later to help all us figure it out. This app definitely deserves 5 stars! :)
