To everyone that's been saying it's slow clearly do not understand how servers work. When all members log in at once, the servers can crash and quit working for a moment. This happens to all websites and apps that are majorly popular. When there's a new update eveyone wants to download it so of course it's going to bog down the servers. Also to those who say that they did not get a notice, they've given EVERY SINGLE MEMBER a notice through email and all throughout their website! Love you ICCU! Keep it up!
I was dreading this new app, after reading all the negative reviews. But, I simply followed the instructions, and while it was a little irritating to go through all the authentication process, it wasnt THAT bad. And now that it's done, the app works fine. Also, I did receive advance notice of the change by email - I just didn't read it. So no excuse for being caught off guard.
Some people don't like change. I love the new app. The other app was frustrating and constantly crashing. This new one is very user friendly, and makes it easier to get my banking done! Good job ICCU
Still a bit clunky, but overall a good experience. I'm glad ICCU kept a notice up on their main website on the front page and bombarded my e-mail with notices about the change for a few months, only a complete buffoon would miss those. Keep up the good work guys, the app is coming along nicely.

ICCU gave plenty of notice, emails, facebook and more. They even had a video explaining the changes. I like the budget option and the account view. Very nice.

I am so happy with the changes! I love the new modern look and feel compared to the old, limited mobile app. I love that I can customize EVERYTHING! I feel more protected with the new security features too. It's very sad to see many people are not embracing this amazing change. I know this new update will continue to help me be financially successful and I couldn't be more satisfied. I love ICCU, you continue to impress and improve. Thank you for all you do!
I received at least 2 emails about the upcoming changes. For those throwing a fit about sudden unnotified changes, perhaps you need to update the email on your account. The complaining and threats make you all look like idiots. The kinks will be fixed quickly and the change is most welcomed on this phone. Thank you!
