I know it was slow to begin with, but that is to be expected. I wish people were more patient. This app is great! I think it is the best banking app I have ever seen. I logged right in without any lag. I LOVE ICCU! Good job ICCU! Thank you!
It was a pain to gave to go backnin, but o well it worked. Are we ever going to get to transfer to other people again. That is where my frustration lies. If I am missing that then how do we do it.
After a Rocky start getting it to work, it's ok... Liked the previous app better... Will see how this one works after the bugs are gone. Have to force stop the app a few times & relog in until it finally loads.

The old one was like using an old web browser! And I prefer to have updates made as it makes me feel more secure.
To me its great! Yea it took a while to login again but its all about security! As long as my money is safe yu can do all the changes yu wld like with online banking! And those who say ur gonna change bank just bcs there was no notice? Well there was an email sent to ur email on file saying (IMPORTANTEBRANCH ACCESSSTEPS) Idaho Central is the best bank and good luck changing to another bad bank!!!
Pretty decent
Tried to do online banking and was stuck with having to reset my account. Been 20 hours and still waiting for temp password. Reports from CS are text messaging is really slow for password. Better luck getting temp password via email. Tech support sent email with password but I am still waiting. Big updates always have problems. Anyone who uses Microsoft Windows is used to bugs in updates. :) Update: CS fixed the problem. All good to go. More stars for the app.
I installed the app this morning and loved it. I also completed two mobile deposits with ease. I love the new Ebranch. Idaho Central is giving the members all the tools and resources necessary to achieve financial success.
