As the "title" says, this update made it so much better to look back at transactions. Before it was super complicated to look things up farther than a month ago.
The old system (even the website) showed almost immediate transactions. Now, they run about 3 days late which is a huge issue . I don't understand why you would change to something that could create issues that are fairly significant... I hope it gets fixed fairly soon or I will be forced to switch credit unions - and I don't want to because I love you guys!
I really like their new app. Sure, it took a bit of work at first, but ICCU was awesome about letting people know what was happening and helping them through it
I love the new design. It looks fabulous!
The app is fine. I liked the old one better, but it is what it is. My biggest complaint is when I load more transactions it goes back to the top. Please make it so it stays in the same place.
Read all the negative reviews so I was hesitant to download but have to say I have had no problems whatsoever. Download it easily, easy to use, so far I'm happy with it
I just started using the app, so I can't compare to the old version. Overall, I like the layout and the functionality. The app does not match all of the screenshots, but the installed version matches the current version number. I completely agree with the complaints about performance. The app is slow to start and is slow when moving between screens. This may be just a web app and it needs to pull all the screen updates from a server each time the screen changes, but regardless, it's not a great experience when using the app.... read more
Nice to have this available to us business members. It would be nice to have transaction notifications in the future.
I get progress. I am in IT. I try very hard to make the user experience as easy as can be. That being said, this is not a smooth transition. The graphics do not render well on my phone. Where did Transfer to Internal Customer go? Does not close when using back button. Rating? Meh....
