Really enjoy the new look and features of this app. I experienced slowness but that's expected on any rollout day. Happened to my bank of America app and seemingly almost of my heavy used applications and non applications like websites. I also appreciate the heads up notice on your homepage that you've had up for months and the FAQs page keeping me up to date on changes to come.

I've been waiting for this update for a couple of months now. Plenty of notice was given about the changes via email and on their site. So far it has not disappointed, and once all the new app bugs are worked out, this will be fantastic. Thanks ICCU for keeping a personal relationship with your account holders, and taking our opinions into account. Switching to you guys was one of the best banking decisions I've made. Keep it up!

Gave 4 stars until kinks are worked out. Like the overall look of app. Had plenty of time about the change. For those that are whining about "I didn't know about the change," quit making excuses... Blah! blah! blah! Check your mail and e-mail once a while. Accept the change and move on. Keep up the good work ICCU 👍

Love the new layout. Very easy to navigate. It was a little inconvenient that I had to install the app when I was so used to having easy access to the old app, but it only took about 10 minutes to set up and the app opened right up.

I appreciate the notices you guys gave before you switched. I received at least 2 emails. I was already prepared for mistakes and a lot of maintenance as any new app app is likely to encounter. You guys are the best and make everything so easy! All these people who are saying they're switching to bigger banks are gonna regret it when they realize how bad they are treated in comparison to you guys. Thanks a bunch for the new and updated version!

I have been in banking for 12 years. All new technology and upgrades take time to perfect and get all the glitches out. For one I was notified of this upgrade three different times in my email so it was no surprise... Second I just went through the re-setup process for my online and it was EASY! I really like the new format and that ICCU cares enough to upgrade to better technology. I'm a happy camper! A++ *and no I don't work for ICCU

The negative reviews must be from people that don't use the app regularly. They did say they were updating their mobile banking, I got the warning several times the last few weeks when I logged in. They didn't say it would be a new app itself but a whole new mobile system, it's not a big deal. There are a bunch of new widgets that I probably won't even use but there are many new features compared to the last one. There are some day one issues going on with updates for transactions, but overall not bad.
