I get progress. I am in IT. I try very hard to make the user experience as easy as can be. That being said, this is not a smooth transition. The graphics do not render well on my phone. Where did Transfer to Internal Customer go? Does not close when using back button. Rating? Meh....

This new app is great! I tryed out the live chat and they where able to help me out with everything i needed! It was amazing how fast they reply and get back to you! Its something bew to get use to but at the end its worth it!

There is no way to make the live chat smaller so u can see what u are typing or what the other person has typed

Does what I want it too. Looks more like an app and less like an HTML. Only problem was they made me change my password.
Thanks for the update! It looks great and is much more user friendly. I don't mind re-registering to beef up security. I would love it if it would support Android fingerprint ID on my Nexus 5X. This would make the quick login that much quicker, like on the iOS version.
