I am loving the new mobile and Web updates! The interface is easier to understand and more visually appealing. Transactions happen quicker (I paid my credit card bill and it showed the change automatically whereas before it would take a while) excited to see everything once the bugs and kinks are all worked out.

I don't know what the bad reviews are for. Once you get past the safety precautions and get set up (which takes some time) this app is BEAUTIFUL. It took a day or two to see all my transactions from a week prior, but now everything is caught up and working great. They did give no notice, yeah, but they upgraded to a very positive change. Different from the original, but in a good way. Don't trust all the bad reviews. A+

After setting up my account and not seeing any transactions after October, I was frustrated. Today it is running like a top. There are some great new features if you can get through the initial set up.

Love the new app you can do many things that the old one could not dream of such as savings goals easy external transfers and budgeting with charts that show you your spending!

I've had the privilege to help out with the new ebranch and to assist in "testing" it out. It's great and it worked great (speed and all)! Keep in mind for those who say it's slow and terrible, it is probably like that because everyone and their dog is getting online to check it out. Once traffic is back to normal, you'll love it. Just be patient. :) there are a lot of fantastic features. Oh and I'm NOT an employee!
