Once I'm logged in, the app works fine. It tells me the info I need to know, minimal issues. The problem is just that, logging in is a hassle. It seems like every time, no matter how frequent I log in, it will make me sign back in. The "remember me" button works for my wife, but has never worked for me. As of late, I have to agree to a new terms and service repeatedly, signing "yes" and "agree" to an identical document each and every time this week.
This is what happens when you hire a high school coding class to hastily throw a broken experience together. App is not optimized well and various parts of the app take forever to load.
Add dark mode. That white backlight is atrocious
ICCU will not help you if you get scammed while using them for banking. If you do use ICCU do not try to use any cash transferring apps like venmo because they will only do a half a@@ job of helping all the while blaming the other app for them not getting your money back.
It sucks every time I need to use it it's a hassle Right now the web page won't even open
If you love hidden fees, then ICCU is for you! Have money in your savings account you need to transfer to checking?! No problem! With their "excessive funds" fee they decide, not you, how much you may spend before being penalized! Yay! Not to be confused with overdraft fees! Excessive funds fee is their way of saying "na ah! Not so fast you silly goose! Chaa chingg!!!"

Good luck trying to transfer your money with this institution. Cannot transfer my own money when I need to. Terrible app.

App doesn't show pending transactions, just finalized ones 2 or 3 days later. Sometimes it will bunch of multiple days of uses on one day so you can't track when you shopped somewhere making fraudulent charges a lot easier to overlook. Very useless app other than transferring money from one acct to another.
