AC service Great service. Friendly & professional
Extremely best service I expierence Wall unit service. The owner explained everything and thought be how to care for my unit at work. Very knowledgeable technology.
Annual Service Nice, clean, complete job and knowledgeable tech. These folks installed the units and they did the neatest job there too. Everything working well and could not say enough nice things about how they back up their work and how they do it.
Fixed AC problem No power to the Nest Thermostat, they found an AC contact board shorted out, fixed it just in time for the rest of the heat wave. Thanks.
extremely disappointing I previously gave this company a 5 because they have always been responsive and fair. But I am so frustrated today I am giving them a 2. I scheduled an appointment for this morning and called in late to work and they never showed. When I called the office she said no one was scheduled. But that is not true! I am meticulous when keeping my calendar especially when I have to miss work to accommodate a service call.
