LADWP - AC Optimization Program Corey was just wonderful. I have been in the customer service industry for many years and it is very refreshing when you experience someone committed to their position. What was disappointing. The AC Optimization program was to include the filter replacement. At the companies request I provided the filter dimensions prior to my appointment. The technician did not have the correct size and advised me I would have to purchase my own.

Excellent service Corey, installed the Nest thermostat system in my home. Unfortunately, there were various issues with wiring from a previous A/C company, but he was persistent in finding the problem, going as far as climbing into the attic twice until he was able to get everything working properly.
