The age when customers were treated fairly and with respect is long past, but icomfort embrace that ethic and I will take pleasure in recommending them to my friends and neighbors.They are highly efficient, courteous, considerate, thoroughly professional, and set a standard that others should take note of and follow.
10 Star Service I have had such an unbelievable experience with this company - from the front office to the field tech. It is so nice that this level of service does exist. Asai was such an incredible gentlemen from the very knock on my front door. Respectful and kind. The best part is there was NO updsale. Great service and fantastic technician! Isai serviced our air conditioner today through the LADWP AC Optimization Program. He was thorough and very professional. He answered all of our questions and did a great job for us. I highly recommend Isai and the entire iComfort team.
Always professional We have been using iComfort for many years for servicing and had also replaced our HVAC unit with them. They were always professional and fairly priced. Their technician James Henry was on time and did the spring servicing. He is highly recommended.
Great Service Corey did a great job in servicing my AC unit as part of the AC Optimization program with LADWP. After installing the new Nest thermostat, he walked me thru the menu and helped me install the app on my phone.
Great service and knowledgeable employees The technician arrived on schedule and informed us of what he would be doing and then proceeded to do the job changing filters and checking air conditioning units and heating units in the attic. He gave us a final update and let us know that our system was in good shape. He was very professional and efficient
