The staff was very helpful courteous, knowledgeable and made me calm during my sppoy
The intake process was not time consuming. Procedures and potential out of pocket expenses were discussed prior to procedure. Staff was professional, Dr. Mac Cumber was personable, genuinely expressed concern, thoroughly explained options of care, office was clean and comfortable. Dr. Mac Cumber and Brian (tech) provided excellent teaching and rationale of procedures while thoroughly explaining risks, potential benefits rights as a patient.
The staff was bery helpful and friendly.
Efficiently run office. Every question asked was answered completely and in understandable terms.
