The staff was able to make an urgent appointment the same day. Everyone clearly explained the reasons for the various tests, diagnosis and treatment. I received the treatment the same afternoon. This practice is welcoming, understanding, super knowledgeable and caring. It’s rare that I say this, I highly recommend Illinois Retina.

Very good experience every time I have come to my appointments the front desk staff are knowledgeable and help you feel relaxed They are patient and welling to help. Dr Flood is a great person and human being He encourages you to do your best and his tech. are very helpful and knowledgeable also.

I have ARMD in both eyes. I started with the Retina Dept. at Northwestern Hospital, the worst experience,. to several other Retina Doctors. When I moved into the Lakeview area in Chicago I was referred to Dr. Flood at The Illinois Retina Assoc.,SC. The service is swift and as painless as could be. They have maintained my vision at a respectable level. I am extremely happy with their service. Yes, I would recommend them.
