The office staff is friendly and professional. The medical professionals are knowledgeable and caring. I have a great deal of confidence in Dr Flood and his practice.

The visit was shorter than usual and very little wait time. The assistants and Dr MacCumnerwere very professional dr MacCumber although I did have some pain this time when he injected the solution into my eyeball. Usually there is no pain
Katie, the receptionist at the Rush Oak Park location was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I had an issue with our HMO and she was always checking in to make sure everything went through. She was a lifesaver answering my many question. Dr. MacCumber was also great. Took the time to explain everything to me and never rushed me. Would easily recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!
