This was my first visit and the entire process went smoothly and efficiently from the time I checked in until I left. Dr Civantos clearly explained the results of his testing on my eyes. I was quite pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Dr Civantos and his staff.

Dr. Civantos and staff provided a wonderful environment for my teenage son who had to have a laser treatment unexpectedly. Dr Civantos was thorough with his explanations about his condition and treatment options. He was genuine and compassionate and explained things in a way my son could comprehend. He went out of his way to stay after hours to perform the procedure for my son. The staff also stayed late to accommodate us and we greatly appreciate the entire staff at IRA. Top notch care and I highly recommend this office!!

It was very easy to schedule an appointment; they were able to fit me in the next day. I loved being able to register online before my appointment. Everyone in the office, the technicians, and Dr. Civantos were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained everything and answered all my questions.

He agreed to see me when my left eye was going through PVD. My long-term Retina Specialist said he was too busy to deal with it. It was a critical high risk period for me due to risk of retinal tear and/or detachment and he took the time to treat me. Great Doctor!

Developed a sudden detached retina with several tears as well. I was referred to doctor Civantos by my optomologisr. In my opinion he is an excellent skilled surgeon with an incredible knowledge of the eye. I would highly recommend him and his team for any serious eye issues
