Dr Civantos explain everything clearly, what is going on with the eyes and what to do if I’ve noticed any changes with my eyes. When I should have surgery done if any required. The Dr made me feel comfortable and at ease. I have no stress in regards to my eyes.

Staff was efficient and friendly. A very organized office. All of the covid protocol was being utilized. Dr. Civantos did a detailed exam and his explanation was very thorough.

— Dr. Civantos is excellent! I highly recommend him. — I was referred to him because the retina in my right eye was cracked. It was an unexpected diagnosis and it was urgent. I was into see Dr. Civantos 10/18 for my annual AMD monitoring and as always Dr. Civantos was the constant professional and very thorough with my needs as he has been over several years I would recommend his services to anyone.

Dr Civantos is a very good Doctor. However office staff in Joliet is not warm and friendly. I had an appointment but had to wait 1 1/2 hour to see Doctor for 5 minutes. They need to adjust scheduling to minimize wait times.
