Dr. MacCumber is there best of the best in his field - Retina Specialist. He provides thorough & detailed care for whatever your eye disease may be. Mine is Dry Macular Degeneration. If you look at his bio, it is quite understandable why he is considered so highly by patients & his peers. He definitely cares.
The wait may be long, but I don’t think it is unusual for an eye specialist. He is very thorough and will answer all your questions. I have not experienced any problems with his highly trained staff.

Dr. MacCumber knows his stuff, maybe that's why he's so popular and has patients in his waiting rooms for literally HOURS.
Dr. Maccumber is, without a doubt, THE VERY BEST! Seventeen years ago, he saved my sight due to a detached retina and, in later years, with several bouts of retinal vein occlusions, and I have survived them all due to his skilled hands and his surgical expertise.
I began seeing Dr Maccumber because of a severe retinal detachment. Dr Maccumber surgically repair the retina detachment in 2020. He is very pleasant, professional and straight forward. When I was anxious about possibly loosing sight in that eye Dr Maccumber calmed me and reassured me that my eye sight would be just fine, and he was right. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Maccumber and his staff.

I can’t recommend Dr MacCumber highly enough. he is meticulous and thorough and the care from everybody in his practice is excellent. I had serious eye issues and I had surgery and afterwards had to call there many times and they are very accessible. They always helped me and answered my questions and never left me hanging. Very caring for his patients. Dr MacCumber is the best.
Outstanding care and and whole office is cheerful, respectful, bends over backwards to help with insurance and scheduling. I have been a patient for years and feel I am in the best hands possible.
