The maintenance really does not want to do any work. Work orders are pit in and no follow up. I have to go to the office to get any updates on when my order will be done. And there never are any updates. I really think they feel fine with bad customer service because fort bragg soldiers are going to live there being that its so close. Its really a shame.
Maintenance and parking spaces
STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!! My husband and I lived here for right at 2 years. They are super nice and helpful until you sign the lease, then they just care about the money. I moved out recently and just got a move out statement saying my deposit is being held because I STOLE a dryer out of the apartment. I requested to have management walk through the apartment with me but they said there was no need and that I should drop the keys in the rent drop box. I like the apartments but not as corporate the furniture is very very cheap for the price they charge for corporate. The tv they have inside they don’t even make anymore it is probably about about a 19” had to go buy myself a bigger one just to be able to see it. I think the corporate units definitely needs some upgrades in them. Staff is nice and friendly no problem there. This place throughly sucks
If something needs fixed in your apartment it will not get fixed. Dryer has been out for months and no one has even come to look at it. there is trash everywhere. the trash from the dumpster is so full it spills into the parking lot. major management issues to say the least. this is is not a luxury apartment.
I’m currently living here and I can not wait for the lease to be over. We have a mouse issue that no one cares to deal with. There are holes under the sink in the kitchen and bathroom that allows mouse and rats to come in and out. We invested in our own stuff to kill them but they continue to come and I’m paying too much rent to be scared to sleep in my own apartment
My fault for choosing a first floor apartment! Neighbors above me have no respect no matter what time of day/night. Who moves furniture day and night? I feel like they don’t take me seriously when I tell the office. Now I’m stuck with it. I give up...
Lots of hidden fees, they require a 60 day notice for leave and they are less than a mile away from the largest personel military base in the US. Needless to say many people end up paying more rent than they are using because of the horrible policies. They report having recycling and there is none. The apartments are fine, not in the best shape. No neighborhood, ou live right on a highway in a sketchy part of town. Would not recommend
