RecommendedThe staff here are great!! The blonde girl in the front office was more than helpful! Never had any bug or rodent problems, but maybe that's because I keep a clean house. I would highly recommend this place.

RecommendedGreat location near Fort Bragg and the 3 bedroom floor plan is so large. The hardwood flooring is my absolute favorite.

RecommendedLove this place!!! Lived here for several years and could not be happier. Close to base and units are super homey. Office staff really care and are always welcoming! And maintenance reacts to issues in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

RecommendedIve have been in this place for 10 months. Overall, I love the community and the proximity to Bragg where i was working. However, I would have rated 5 stars if this community was fenced. Outsiders tend to walk around the community and one instance, there was a guy living in the bushes near the mailboxes area. I think the security should be improved.
