If something needs fixed in your apartment it will not get fixed. Dryer has been out for months and no one has even come to look at it. there is trash everywhere. the trash from the dumpster is so full it spills into the parking lot. major management issues to say the least. this is is not a luxury apartment.
I’m currently living here and I can not wait for the lease to be over. We have a mouse issue that no one cares to deal with. There are holes under the sink in the kitchen and bathroom that allows mouse and rats to come in and out. We invested in our own stuff to kill them but they continue to come and I’m paying too much rent to be scared to sleep in my own apartment
My fault for choosing a first floor apartment! Neighbors above me have no respect no matter what time of day/night. Who moves furniture day and night? I feel like they don’t take me seriously when I tell the office. Now I’m stuck with it. I give up...
Lots of hidden fees, they require a 60 day notice for leave and they are less than a mile away from the largest personel military base in the US. Needless to say many people end up paying more rent than they are using because of the horrible policies. They report having recycling and there is none. The apartments are fine, not in the best shape. No neighborhood, ou live right on a highway in a sketchy part of town. Would not recommend
It's was okay.!!! And dissapointed .! Blind windows it cost 45$ each room ridiculous lol
The Management is extremely rude, disrespectful, and immature. They knock on your door during the early hours of the morning for no reason. My lease is up in December, I would NEVER stay here, or encourage anyone else to move here. It's not at all worth the rent. King's Pointe is a much better living atmosphere.
We moved here in December of 2016. We love the apartment itself and the community. The kitchen is wonderful and I’m going to miss it when we leave. Neighbors have been a small issue, but nothing too extreme. Our issue is with the front office... They were amazing in the beginning! Any time we had an issue it was resolved right away. Lately, however, whenever we put in a maintenance request, no one ever comes to fix it and then a few days/week later they will send me an email saying that it was fixed..?? A few of our outle... read more
When I first moved here in August 2013 I really loved the place and the management team they treated you like you were friends and family it was always nice walking in the clubhouse because they were so friendly! Also when an issue came that I had it was resolved right away! Also the clubhouse was always open for us to be able to go hang out with some friends/ family and just relax and have fun! But now since the new management team came the clubhouse is only open when then office is open which really sucks because it takes ... read more
