Very friendly staff from the GM and Finance Mgr just spending time in conversation with me to Steve the salesperson making me feel comfortable with the experience. Also had positive interactions with McKenzie and Jason with parts and service patiently helping me while I changed my mind with several outfitting decisions in customizing the bike I purchased. Overall very positive experience.

Great experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The process of buying my sons first Indian motorcycle could not have been any better! Steve helped us and answered all our questions. George made the buying experience very easy. And Jordan was excellent in finding us a great deal. The girls up front, Christie and McKenzie, were very nice and eager to help. Could not have gone any better. We will definitely be back.

Cost was not discussed up front so service expectation and costs were not clear. Service performed did not equal recommended service per Owners Manual. Service interval mentioned did not match service interval in Owners Manual.
